Postage and Packaging

For all goods despatched, estimated delivery times as follows:

Band A -  Royal Mail Recorded Delivery  - Delivered within 3-5 business working days.  Free for all U.K. deliveries.

Band B - Royal Mail Special Delivery - Delivered within 1-2 business working days. Within the UK is £5.95.

Band C - Royal Mail Registered Delivery - Delivered within 5-7 business working days. Outside UK, Within the EEC £6.95.

All goods despatched will require a signature by an adult aged 18 years and over upon receipt.

Once goods have been signed for, Precious Moment Captured accepts no further responsibility for the goods. If the goods are not collected by the time scale specified within the Royal Mail terms and conditions, the goods will be returned to Precious Moments Captured. Any additional costs incurred by Precious Moments Captured for redelivery will be charged to the customer.

We do not deliver to Non EU countries.
