RULES OF ENGRAVING

Prices quoted include engraving of one side of gift or pendant.  For engraving on two sides an additional charge of £6.95 is applicable.

Engraving Information

Your Photo Image : We will work on any photo image to be engraved and if necessary we will enhance the photo to give you a stronger and more sharper contrast on your personalised gift.  We can take out any unwanted background imagery that is not requried, crop any part of an image and combine two seperate pictures together.  Please state your instructions on the comments box when ordering.

All photo images engraved on pendants will cover the whole face of the pendant therefore please refer to pendant size to determine the size of your photo image.

The key parts of your image used will be the head and shoulders, unless otherwise instructed.

All photo images on gift products where applicable will be engraved with an approximate size of 25x25mm, this may vary depending on the product and could be slightly more or less.

All personalisation on pendants or gifts will be engraved exactly as received from you, therefore please ensure you review and check your personalisation before submitting to us as we accept no responsibility of any errors that are made by you.

Personalisation includes all spaces, commas, full stops and any other punctuation marks.  Please ensure you check the number of characters engravable per line, please refer to each product description for the number of characters and lines available for engraving.

Example: Dear Janet, this would be 11 characters including the space and comma.

If you want your message to be in capitals then you must type your message in capitals, if you require lower case then please type lower case letters, if you require any punctuation marks then please insert accordingly.  Only characters from a standard English keyboard will be acceptable.
