Just wanted to "thank you" for your expert service. I was inquisitive when you were in Romford but wouldn't stop to look because I don't like being pestered when I am only looking. I picked up a leaflet one day as I was passing and stopped to ask you a few questions the next day. Nothing was too much trouble for you, explaining that you could convert my old faded colour picture to black and white to get the best image to engrave on my gift. We had a lovely chat whilst I was waiting and when you showed me the image before you printed it onto my gift it fetched tears to my eyes. I was purchasing the gift for my mum and when I gave it to her it had the same effect. I have visited you twice more but this time in Barking and once again I received wonderful service. Again nothing was too much trouble for you, spending time adjusting the photos so that they would fit my keyring perfectly. Hi I ordered 2 colour photo pendants and could not beleive how beautiful the pendants are they just stand out!! The quality of how clear the picture was is unbeleivable just like the real picture. I gave one to my mother in law whose husband passed away and also one to my daughter they leave it on all the time thankfully you can bath and shower in them as they refuse to take them off.
